Autoimmune Disease Treatment with Stem Cells

THIS RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS NEED STEM CELLS

Autoimmune Disease Treatment that need Stem Cells

Rheumatoid arthritis

Studies have shown that mesenchymal stem cells can modulate the immune response, reduce joint inflammation and promote cartilage regeneration in animal models of rheumatoid arthritis and in clinical trials, which may result in a decrease in symptoms and disease progression.

Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE):

Mesenchymal stem cells have shown immunomodulatory and anti-inflammatory effects that may help control the autoimmune response and reduce inflammation in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus, thereby improving symptoms and quality of life.

Crohn's disease:

Mesenchymal stem cells have been found to have anti-inflammatory and intestinal tissue repair-promoting properties, which may be beneficial in the treatment of Crohn's disease by reducing inflammation and promoting healing of lesions in the intestine.

Thyroiditis:

Preliminary studies suggest that mesenchymal stem cells may have beneficial effects in the treatment of autoimmune thyroiditis by modulating the immune response and reducing inflammation in the thyroid gland, which may improve thyroid function and associated symptoms.

Sjögren's disease:

It is important to note that we are still at the research stage. However, preliminary studies have suggested that mesenchymal stem cells may have beneficial effects in a wide range of treatments. One of these is for Sjögren's disease by reducing inflammation in the salivary and tear glands. This may lead to an improvement in symptoms of dryness and discomfort.

Chronic inflammatory ulcerative colitis:

Mesenchymal stem cells have been shown to have anti-inflammatory and healing-promoting properties in intestinal tissue. These properties may be beneficial in the treatment of ulcerative colitis by reducing inflammation and promoting regeneration of the colon lining.

Information of Autoimmune Disease Treatment

A blood sample from the patient is required at least 3 hours before the procedure. This situation passes to sensitize the MSCs with the patient’s serum. Preferably, a blood sample should be taken one day before. When the patient is local and only has treatment with MSCs, it may be easier to schedule the patient to come for sampling one day before MSC’s treatment.

*Important; patients must pay in full 5 days prior to their scheduled treatment date to ensure fresh mesenchymal stem cells.

None of the patients have had any side effects as a result of the administration of mesenchymal stem cells.
