Baja Cell Therapy is based in Tijuana, Mexico. We do not have medical offices in the USA. We operate from two locations:

What are mesenchymal stem cells?
Mesenchymal Stem Cells (MSCs) are multipotent adult stem cells obtained from donated umbilical cord tissue. They are purified, cryopreserved, and processed under strict quality and ethical standards.
MSCs act as the body’s smart repair system by:

Where do your stem cells come from?
All MSCs come from ethically donated umbilical cord tissue and blood. They are processed in certified laboratories following international safety standards.
How many cells are used per session?
This varies by treatment type and is determined during your medical evaluation.
Common doses: 10M, 25M, 50M, 75M, 100M, 150M, or higher.
When will I see results?
Timelines vary:
- Some patients feel improvements in 2–4 weeks
- Regeneration continues for 3–6 months
- Maximum response often appears around 5–6 months
Are there risks?
Side effects are rare and mild, such as:
- Temporary inflammation
- Mild headache
- Fatigue

How much does the consultation cost?
The consultation fee is $35 USD, which can be applied toward your treatment if you choose to proceed. First, we schedule a free phone consultation with a specialist to determine if you are a suitable candidate and provide a personalized treatment quote.
Do I need any studies or lab tests beforehand?
If you have recent studies (no older than 3 months), please bring them to your evaluation. This may include imaging tests such as X-rays, MRI, ultrasound, or any relevant medical documents. These help our specialists understand your medical background and provide the most effective recommendations to improve your health and reduce pain.
Additional labs or tests may be required, as determined by your doctor after the initial evaluation.

How do stem cells work?

Is the treatment painful?

Yes. Stem cell therapy and regenerative medicine are legally practiced in Mexico when provided by licensed medical professionals and within regulated medical facilities.
At Baja Cell Therapy, all procedures are performed following Mexican health regulations, safety standards, and professional medical guidelines.

Do I need to pay before treatment?
Yes.
A 50% deposit is needed to reserve your stem cells and procedure date.
This deposit must be received at least 5 days before your scheduled treatment.
